Should you have any difficulties loading the software to operate your TR30
Here is a list of instructions to help you get up and running, plus some extra information should it be necessary.

Firstly, download the latest version of the utility software:

TRxSetup.exe v1_50

This will allow you to access the database for future downloads. Please get in touch if there any problems. Do be assured, we wish to get your unit
operational as soon as possible.

Check the loader version is 0.22 or higher If this is not the case
then please do the following:

1. Right click on the TDS Icon on the desktop. It should show a drop down menu. At the bottom of the menu is a Properties option.

2. Click on Properties and a window will open with the following command line or something similar:

C:\Program Files\TDS\TRx\TrxUpd.exe

3. Put the word 'Advanced' into the command line so that it looks like this:

C:\Program Files\TDS\TRx\TrxUpd.exe Advanced

4. Restart the programme. You should now see an additional drop down menu e.g. File Remote Advanced Help.

5. Select this drop down menu and select Update Loader F/W. You do not need to update the firmware or any other attribute. This will replace the existing loader in your unit with version 0.22 or higher. You should then be able to connect to the update server & download the new database
