This video was shot on a TDS dash camera, it shows the driver being forced to take the left turn lane by the BMW X3 cutting in from the right lane, this was a dangerous act by the BMW X3 driver and could have resulted in a collision, the car that had the camera in it also had a 2 and a half year old child on board, the other driver showed a total disregard for the child's safety and wellbeing.
Had there been a collision it would have been difficult to prove who was at fault, with this video evidence the fault is clear, the other driver should have stayed in the right hand lane.
